2025 SPRING REGISTRATION

Session Dates: February 3 - June 9 - Every day of the week has a different start and end date - Click Here for the Spring Calendar

Fees: $350 - 16 x 45 minute classes  (fees need to be paid in full, upfront, in order to be registered in a class)

Age Groups (Click here) - Register your child into a class for their year of birth. We do not allow children to be registered in an older age group.

Current Members: A current member is someone who is currently participating in the Fall 2024 session. If you have registered your children in the past but they were not registered in the Fall 2024, they are considered new members

REGISTRATION DATES / TIMES

 

Monday, November 4th (2pm) - Thursday, November 7th (8pm)

Current Members Re-Registering In Their Current Class (Only for members presently registered in a class)

This is only for current members, continuing the same class that they are presently registered in. You are not eligible to register for a different class day/time/age group during this week. Registration will be open online, starting at 2pm on November 4th until 8pm on November 7th. You are guaranteed your current spot(s) as long as you register by November 7th at 8pm. If you are not registered by November 7th at 8pm, you will no longer be guaranteed your spot. If you have applied for kidsport or jumpstart funding and we have not received the funding yet, you will need to send in a registration request via email between November 4th at 2pm and November 7th at 8pm (altagymclub@gmail.com) and provide the application ID # or proof of application.

*If you are a current member hoping to switch class days/times, you have 2 choices:

Option 1) For people who can do their current day/time but would prefer to switch:

You can register into your current spot between November 4th and 7th as a back-up in case there are no other openings that work for you. A switching request would have to be sent via email to the office on Friday, November 8th at 2pm. Email requests will be placed in a list in the order we receive them. There will be no switches processed until November 12th, starting at 2pm but we will begin making a list of requests on November 8th at 2pm.

Option 2) For people who are UNABLE to do their current class and can only do a different day/time:

You do not register into your current class. You wait until registration opens for current members trying to switch and register online (opens November 12th at 2pm). If you do not register into your current class, you are not guaranteed a spot. 

Friday, November 8th (2pm - 8pm)

Current Members Who Have Re-registered Into Their Current Class But Would Like To Switch Days/Times

Current members who have registered into their current class day/time but would like to switch days/times, need to send an email to altagymclub@gmail.com with their child's name, current class, age group and which class(es) you would like to switch them into. We will create a list of requests in the order we receive them from November 8th at 2pm and will with begin to process them on November 12th at 2pm. You can give your top 3 choices for switching to have a better chance of moving days/time. If we don't have space to move them into, we will place you or your child on a waitlist and will contact you if a spot opens up. If you register for your current class and then register and pay for a second class online and request to cancel one class, it will be considered a cancellation and the cancellation policy will be followed (cancellation policy below). Members are not guaranteed a different class day/time.

 

Tuesday,  Nov 12th (2pm) - Wednesday, Nov 13th (8pm)

Current Members Registering into a Different Day/Time (Only for members presently registered in a class)

Online Registration will open up at 2pm on the 12th and closes at 8pm on the 13th. If you are a current member and did not re-register into your current class, you can register online with Visa or MasterCard. If you are a member who re-registered back into your current class time but would like to switch, you should have already sent an email request. If you have applied for kidsport or jumpstart funding and you are looking to switch days/times, you will need to send in a registration request via email on November 12th at 2pm (altagymclub@gmail.com) and provide the application ID # or proof of application.

Friday,  Nov 15th (2pm - 8pm)

Siblings of Current Members 

Online Registration will open up at 2pm on the 15th and closes at 8pm on the 15th for siblings of current members. If you have applied for kidsport or jumpstart funding and we have not yet received the funding cheque, you will need to send in a registration request via email on November 15th at 2pm (altagymclub@gmail.com) and provide the application ID # or proof of application.

Monday, November 18th (2pm) 

Open To The General Public 

Registration will be open for all new members at 2pm on November 18th. Spots are on a first come, first serve basis. Online registration is open 24 hours per day, starting at 2pm. If you have applied for kidsport or jumpstart funding and we have not received the cheque, you will need to send in a registration request via email on November 18th at 2pm (altagymclub@gmail.com) and provide the application ID # or proof of application.

 

*If you login to your account in advance, you will be able to review and accept any new policies and view a list of the classes offered in the Spring.

How to Register

CURRENT MEMBER (Participated in the Fall 2024 Session): 

 

1)  CONFIRM THE DATE THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER (see dates above)

 

2) LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT THROUGH THE PARENT PORTAL AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE - Do not create a new account! If you are a current member and you create a new account, the system will not recognize you as a current member and you will not be able to register. You will need to log in to the same account that you used for the fall 2024 session. If you have forgotten your password, or cannot access your account, please try to reset your password or contact the ALTA office for assistance (altagymclub@gmail.com). Try to log in at least a few days before registration begins to avoid any issues on registration day.

3) ON THE DAY THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER, LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND REGISTER YOUR CHILD INTO A CLASS THAT IS AGE APPROPRIATE (Visa or MasterCard online - Visa debits do not work). If you have a credit in the system, you will need to choose to use the credit before entering your credit card information.

4) IF YOU HAVE APPLIED FOR KIDSPORT OR JUMPSTART FUNDING AND WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CHEQUE, you will need to login to your account to accept the policies, send in a registration request via email when registration opens for current members, with your child's name, birthdate, and the class(es) you would like to register for (altagymclub@gmail.com) and provide the application ID# or proof of application along with your request to register. You will receive an email response with the outcome of your request. If your funding does not cover the full cost of the class, you will need to pay the balance before classes begin.

NEW MEMBER WITH AN ACCOUNT

1)  CONFIRM THE DATE & TIME THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER (see dates above)

2) LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT THROUGH THE PARENT PORTAL AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE - Do not create a new account! NEW MEMBER WITH NO ACCOUNT

1) CREATE AN ACCOUNT (Create account button located at the bottom of this page)

2) CONFIRM THE DATE & TIME THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER (see dates above)

3) ON THE DAY & TIME THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER, LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND REGISTER YOUR CHILD INTO A CLASS THAT IS AGE APPROPRIATE (Visa or MasterCard online - Visa debits do not work). No experience is necessary.

4) IF YOU HAVE APPLIED FOR KIDSPORT OR JUMPSTART FUNDING AND WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CHEQUE, you will need to login to your account to accept the policies, send in a registration request via email when registration opens for new members, with your child's name, birthdate, and the class(es) you would like to register for (altagymclub@gmail.com) and provide the application ID# or proof of application along with your request to register. You will receive an email response with the outcome of your request. If your funding does not cover the full cost of the class, you will need to pay the balance before classes begin.

Important Registration Tips

  • Use Google Chrome or Firefox (Not Internet Explorer)

  • As a general rule, laptops and desktops work best for registration (Not a hand held device). If you try on a desktop or laptop computer and it is not working, you can try to register on your phone or tablet.

  • If you don’t receive a payment receipt email AND class confirmation email stating that your child is active in the class/camp, your registration was not complete and your child has not been registered in the class/camp. If you are unsure, you can click on the “enrollments” link on the left hand side of your account and you will see a list of all of your current and future enrollments. Please double check your class confirmation email to make sure that your child has been registered in the correct class (age, day and time) and that your child is "active" (in the class) and not "wait"(on the waitlist). If you have registered before your specified registration date/time, your confirmation email is void.

  • If you have a class/camp in your cart and you haven’t made a payment, you are not guaranteed that class/camp. Registration isn't confirmed until payment has been processed and you have received a registration confirmation email and a payment receipt.

  • Please ensure that the address in your account matches the billing address of your credit card before making your payment. If the address does not match, the payment will not go through and you will need to wait 15 minutes to try again. When you enter your billing address incorrectly, it will put a hold on your card but will not process your registration. If you try again before the 15 minute wait period is over, it will continue to put holds on your card but will not allow the registration to go through. All holds usually disappear within a week. If you enter the information incorrectly, you can try to pay with a different credit card immediately or wait for 15 minutes to use the same card.

  • If any of the classes don't reach the minimum number of participants required, the class may be cancelled.

  • -THE ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM WILL NOT ALWAYS STOP YOU FROM REGISTERING INTO AN INCORRECT AGE GROUP OR  BEFORE YOUR SPECIFIED REGISTRATION DATE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU WAIT UNTIL THE SPECIFIC REGISTRATION DATE PERTAINING TO YOU AND THAT YOU REGISTER INTO A GROUP FOR YOUR CHILD'S YEAR OF BIRTH. Cancellation Policy

 

  • Cancellation Fees: 

  $25 per enrollment for classes cancelled on or prior to December 14th, 2024

  $50 per enrollment for classes cancelled between December 15th, 2024 and January 19th, 2025

  $100 per enrollment for classes cancelled between January 20th and January 27th, 2025

  There is no refund or credit given after this date.

  • Classes missed for personal reasons will not be refunded or credited and make-up classes are not available.

  • Cancellations due to reasons beyond our control (weather, power outages, etc.) will not be refunded or credited.

  • Medical cancellation - to cancel with a medical reason, you will need to email a copy of a medical note. Refunds will be given from the date that we receive a request to cancel and a copy of the medical note. There will be a $50 cancellation fee and a refund will be given for the remaining classes. 

  • If you register before your specified registration date or time, or register into a class that your child is age ineligible for, you will be charged a $25 administration fee per child and they will be removed from the class. You can try to register again once your registration date arrives.
